Tue — Striking
Wed — Jiu-Jitsu
Thu — Striking
Fri — Jiu-Jitsu

Classes run 5:00–5:45pm most days, with Monday No-Gi kicking off at 4:00pm. Plenty of mat time this week — see you in there 🤙
