Today we are out at symmons for a woman in Motorsport day

Race report from North Western Kart Club last weekend.

Highclere turned another wet race for us.

Qualifying - P3 out of 5 karters

Heat 1 & 2- started P3 didn't get great starts and dropped back to P4 but had some good battles and made some good passes to finish P3.

Heat 3 - got a better start and held onto P3 then with few laps to go kart in P2 started having problems and I was able to get passed and finish in P2.

Final - after raining all day the track had completely dried out but there was rain coming, weather was not meant to hit until after our race so we changed to slicks.
Guess what started raining while we were on the grid with three on slicks and two on wets.
was very difficult to drive but managed to keep it on track and finish in P4.
Well done to Mia on her win, Henry in his first race in second and Harry Warmsley Racing #57 in third.

had a fun weekend and showed some good pace and made some passes.

not sure if we will be racing at LKC next week as Mum and Dad both working and change of date was not communicated until entries open so bit late to organise late notice.
