Not much to see here…4am beach runs back in full swing, now that all the debris has been cleaned up following recent storms. Lost toe nails and injured feet from kicking tree branches in the dark are hopefully over. Keep training!

Fellow Budoka, former popular student Ryan has been severely impacted by Huntington’s disease. He is still a warrior and fighting fiercely in the face of overwhelming odds. There is great hope with groundbreaking treatment, the cost of which is beyond normal means. Ryan and his family are in need of funds to continue this treatment. As a member of our martial art family, he needs our help, so please do what you can to help our brother.
