Got my new uniform late last week- a warm jumper!!
Being a Pilbara girl for most of my working life I have never owned work jumper before šŸ˜‚

I got to wear it for most of my presentations & trainings this week - Cashflow is King, Finance basics for Not for Profits with Wicked Strategies and some Xero payroll training too.

5 hours of training this week and it’s only Tuesday afternoon - I do love my job šŸ˜

I love showing up for Unexpected Bookkeeper every week.

We have a quick 10-15 min learning experience, ask questions, and then spend the rest of the hour co-working, being supported each week with the many bookkeeping and cashflow tasks on our plate.

Last week’s training was on GST - what you need to look for when reviewing transactions before you lodge your BAS.

Here’s a quick snippet of what was discussed.

There’s training like this every week.

Rebranding in progress….
It’s been a long 6 months of merging 2 businesses together, and we are very close to the end now.

Northwest Accountancy is based in Karratha with an office, and Profit First Accounting is an online only business with our team working from home across Australia.

Somehow, we have made it all fit together 😃

The new combined business is known as Profit First Accounting and Coaching.

We still do tax returns, plus business coaching, bookkeeping services for businesses and provide financial education for both businesses and individuals under our Educational arms of Unexpected Bookkeeper and Where Did My Money Go?

You will hear lots more about these as we move from ā€œmaintenance modeā€, keeping things ticking along, to ā€œramp up modeā€ having space for more people to enter our world.

When you are running a business, cashflow is one of the key drivers of how you are feeling, and what decisions you make.

This workshop is designed to be interactive, so that you can brainstorm ideas alongside others like you, so that you can improve your cashflow.

What to expect:
āœ…60-90 minutes online with me
āœ… a workbook to download and work through in the session, and afterwards
āœ… 4 core ideas you can take away and implement during the week to bring in more sales
āœ… get an understanding of how you can set up bank accounts to monitor your spending more easily

This is a great reminder of all the things you can do to make your great business even better. Or, to give you some ideas of things you may not have tried yet to improve your business.
