Something is happening!

It’s exciting and it’s about to change health and fitness in Harrington Park for the better!

Our TRIBAL WARRIOR member of the month for November is Greg Elliot.

He is an absolute gentleman. Although don’t let that fool you, as he pushes himself to the limit and trains the house down!

Greg is always positive, brings a lot of energy to the group and always available to help his peers.

He’s also a tribe advocate, regularly inviting his daughter Maddy to train together on the weekends.

Congratulations to all participants who reached their own personal health and fitness goals during the Tribe41 “6 Week Summer Shred Challenge”! 🔥🙌🔥

Special recognition to our overall male and female winners Craig Bradshaw and Amber Budd in achieving amazing results over the entire 6 weeks!
 
Amber reduced body fat mass by 3.9kg, with 2.9kg of weight loss, improving her Bio Age by 2 years 👌

Craig reduced 2.7kg in body fat mass with 5.1kg in overall weight loss, improving his Bio Age by 1 year 💪🏼

Shout out to a few stand outs with Tim, Maria, Emma and Nicole who’ve all achieved significant results during the challenge.

Overall, this has been our most successful 6 Weeks group challenge with our participants collectively shredding 43.4kg in weight, including body fat mass reduction of 31.5kg. Well done! 🙌 💚

A dedicated and busy mother to a young family, Dee ensures she makes time for her fitness and well-being. Her consistency and progression recently helped her accomplish the Tough Mudder team event and achieved awesome results at the Game Day personal fitness test!

An advocate and friendly member of our tribe, always available to support her peers to achieve their best.
