A BIG congratulations to all of our fabulous Nuna Cheltenham athletes who competed at the Victorian Age SC Championships this past weekend!!

It was a fantastic weekend for the team, featuring lots of relays and team spirit❤️💙

Congratulations also goes to Casey Brand on her bronze medal in the girls 1500 free on night 1 🥉!!!!

Last weekend our Nuna Cheltenham athletes competed at the Metro Short Course meet!!

It was a fantastic meet, with lots of great swims!! Special shoutout to our medalists:

On Saturday, we had another successful club breakfast!! 🥣☕️

After training, our new State Coach Anthony was introduced to the group, as well as Club Captain Amelie and the Committee Members.
We then had a Water Cup race, with Amelie’s team placing 1st, Caiden’s team placing 2nd and Anthony’s team coming 3rd.

A special congratulations to Nuna-Cheltenham Committee Member Hwei Ping Yong, who received the inaugural Nuna-Cheltenham Swim Chairperson Award. In our first year of operating the Nuna-Cheltenham Swimming Club, Ping has been instrumental in helping the club succeed. From organising events and keeping families informed through the parent WhatsApp groups to supporting the committee in so many ways, her dedication has made a huge difference. Thank you, Ping, for your outstanding commitment, enthusiasm, and everything you do for our club. This recognition is so well deserved! ❤️💙

On Sunday, we held the Nuna–Cheltenham SC Meet at MSAC — and what a success it was! 🙌🏊‍♀️🔥

The day was packed with amazing swims, PBs, team spirit, and plenty of smiles all around.

A massive thank you to our fantastic officials, committee members, parents, and swimmers who stepped up to help with timekeeping and made the whole event possible. Your support and dedication are what make our club so special. 💪💦

We couldn't be prouder of everyone who took part.

Warm-up Start Time: 7:00am
Session 1 Start Time: 8:00am
Session 2 Start Time: 1:30pm

Just a reminder it is traditional marshalling in the marshalling room for Session 1 and assisted marshalling for Session 2. Backstroke ledges will be in use.
