Thanks to an amazing team of people we had the boat running within a few hours of the accident. Just a brief update. Scott got a full check over at Hospital yesterday and he has a couple of broken ribs, badly damaged ankle and a some bruises that should be studied by medical students. All in all he is pretty good and he is at home in Hervey Bay. There is a bunch of people we would like to thank and it is probably best we wait until the heavy pain killers are not in effect. Who knows what he might say on them 🤣.

Scott Cleaver had a challenging start to the opening round of the Battery World National Drivers Championship at the Yarrawonga Powerboat Spectacular - off-season changes to the boat saw the team keen for plenty of practice laps on Friday, but Mother Nature curtailed those plans, his first real hit-out coming in HOT LAPS where he was classified sixth, although that gave him inside pole for Heat . He duly took the win, and with it (under the new structure for 2026) pole #1 for Heat alongside Tate Ramsey, Ryan Constable and Connor Patterson. He held on to the first turn then fell back to fourth, which saw him start rear of field in the B-MAIN from which he finished second, in the end claiming fifth in points for the round just 20-points down on Ramsey and Patterson and just a single point back from podium finisher Dave Satterley 💪🇦🇺🏁
