Bright Balustrading Pty Ltd is a well-established Sydney company with over 20 years of experience in architectural metalwork, specialising in balustrades, handrails, fencing, screens, louvres, glass systems, and custom metal fabrication.

We're currently hiring for multiple positions with long-term career opportunities.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Experienced Metal Fabricators / Welders
Read and work from shop drawings
Aluminium and stainless steel fabrication
TIG welding
Grinding, polishing & finishing
Factory and occasional site work

Pay: Negotiable based on experience.

2. Experienced Installers / Lead Installers
Install balustrades, handrails, fencing & glass systems
Read drawings and set out works
Core drilling and fixing systems
Onsite welding and polishing
Lead or assist installation crews

Pay: Negotiable based on experience.

Driver's Licence and White Card preferred.

3. Factory & Installation Assistants / Trainees

No experience required. We will train suitable candidates.

Training includes:

Hand & power tools
Measuring and cutting
Grinding & polishing
Basic drawing interpretation
Factory fabrication
Site installation
Welding (for suitable candidates)

Starting from approximately $25/hour, depending on experience.

Bright Balustrading is a well-established Sydney company specialising in balustrades, handrails, fencing, screens, louvres, glass systems and other architectural metalworks.

We are currently looking for people across three different skill levels.

1. EXPERIENCED METAL FABRICATORS / WELDERS

We are looking for experienced fabricators who can work independently from shop drawings.

Main work includes:

• Aluminium balustrades and metalwork
• Stainless steel handrails
• Cutting, fitting, assembling and welding
• Reading fabrication drawings
• TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel
• Grinding, polishing and finishing
• Assisting with site installation when required

Pay: Depending on skills and experience.

Suitable applicants will be asked to complete a practical fabrication and welding test.

2. EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS / LEAD INSTALLERS

We are looking for experienced installers who can work independently onsite.

Main work includes:

• Installing balustrades, handrails, fencing and glass systems
• Reading drawings and setting out works
• Core drilling and drilling into concrete, steel and timber
• Using chemical anchors and different fixing systems
• Stainless steel polishing and onsite welding
• Leading or assisting installation teams
• Communicating with clients and site representatives

Pay is negotiable depending on experience and ability.

Driver’s licence and White Card are strongly preferred.

3. FACTORY AND INSTALLATION ASSISTANTS / TRAINEES

We are also looking for motivated people who want to learn a skilled trade.

Experience is helpful but not essential.

You may be trained in:

• Using hand tools and power tools
• Measuring, cutting and drilling
• Grinding and polishing
• Reading basic drawings
• Material handling
• Factory fabrication
• Site installation
• Welding for suitable candidates

This position suits someone who is reliable, practical, physically capable and willing to learn.

Starting pay from approximately $25 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay will be reviewed as your skills and responsibilities improve.
