Lads it’s not authority - It’s because we fkn care !!!

I hope you can understand that your parent/s, guardian or whoever takes care of you… like mine only want the best for you, they know because they have been alive longer and i want the exact same.

You don’t need to go through the things I continue to explain, you can set yourself for a bright / successful and long future or you can roll the dice 🎲

I know you will say I’ll roll the dice ( that’s what I said but are you willing to pay the price? )

When you click your fingers and 10 years as gone by wasted and not where you want to be. Ruined your family, loved ones, mental health and are in a position you don’t want to be…. That’s when you will realise what the full price was !!

The after Math of race day 🥶

This has been something that is a very noticeable pattern for me and I’m still yet to navigate it to my best abilities.

I’ve wrote down how I’ve felt, tried to speak about it with people and also sat with myself wondering why this occurs..

I understand that being hyper focused on a task or goal, pushing your body to limits, reaching new barriers and finishing something you start is all part of it and psychologically has a huge impact. Physically I can understand that the body does need time to recover but mentally I have no idea….

Be keen to hear in the comment section if this happens to anyone or maybe you have a better understanding of it
