Surf Witches Education Activity Sessions (SEA Sessions) aim to support our members and the local surfing community to learn and grow by finding ways to help us on our surfing journey.
This session is the first of a series delivered by Candice Land, owner and creator of in partnership with us!

Developed to support female surfers of all levels to train right for the female body and help you on your surfing journey, this session will start with some introductory concepts of training in the gym or at home and will:
💪Teach you the theory behind gym-based/resistance training for females
💪Improve your training confidence and help you navigate gym sessions with ease
💪Help you to build your own gym/home training program using safe exercises that have the female surfer in mind
💪Focus on exercises that will directly help your surfing
💪Be delivered in a fun, simple and engaging way to help you get the most out of the session.

We can assure you, you will leave this session with a smile on your face and some nuggets of wisdom to take home with you. At Surf Witches, one of our core values is ‘Creating connections and having fun’ and this session will do exactly that!

So, if you are early in your surfing journey, or just looking to learn a little, get some good hints and tips on how to tackle training right to support your surfing, and have a load of fun with an awesome group of women while doing it, then this session is for you!

🌺Saturday 14 March, the first round heat will kick off at 7am just north of the Kirra SLSC/Siblings (you’ll see our purple tents!).
🌺Our sponsor, friend, and all-round legend Coach Jason from will be there to ease any nerves, give some hot tips and answer any questions about his upcoming retreats!
🌺Registrations will close Wednesday night and the draw will be published on Thursday…don’t miss out!! If you’re not registered you won’t be surfing!
🌺Newbies…don’t be nervous! It’s all good fun, everyone will be in high spirits, and we will be cheering you on!!
