Some people might hate me for saying it, but intuitively eating probably isn’t the solution.
If you already struggle with feeling full, food noise or anything to do with dieting, being given free rein to eat whatever your body is telling you probably isn’t the right way forward.
It will take a lot of self work and fixing your relationship with food to get to a point where you can make good choices for your body.
But tracking calories means there’s no guessing game. No ‘have I eaten too much’ or ‘did I eat enough protein’.
There is nothing wrong with wanting to track your calories every day if it means you’re going to reach your goals and create a better lifestyle for yourself and your health
