𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲? 🌀
It’s a hard one for me to answer… because every person experiences it differently, and every session seems to take on a life of its own! ✨
So I thought I’d let the people who have actually stepped into the space tell you instead 💛
Reading these makes me a little emotional 🥹 because THIS is what I hoped Freeflow could become…
A place to soften, listen to the body, play, move without getting it ‘right’, and express whatever needs expressing.
To feel safe enough to be a little (or a lot) weird 🤪
And maybe leave feeling more like yourself.

𝗦𝗼, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄? 🌀
For me, it has never meant that life should feel easy, effortless, or permanently ‘in flow’…
It’s about what happens when things aren’t going to plan.
When we can loosen our grip on getting everything right, listen a little more closely to ourselves, and discover that we can adapt, respond, change direction - and still remain connected to who we are.
That’s something I first began exploring through my own creative practice, long before I realised how deeply it would shape the work I now offer through Freeflow.
In the sessions, we use movement, music, art, sensory exploration, and play as different ways of listening and responding - without needing to perform, create something ‘good’, or even know where we’re going…
There is room for curiosity, mess, and uncertainty.
Space to follow an impulse and see where it leads.
That’s the kind of freedom I mean when I say Freeflow 💛
If something in this speaks to you, you’re warmly invited to come and experience it for yourself.
