Ok Lets clear up the doubts of should I?or will I? Or am I good enough?
YES YES HELL YES....
YOU ARE ALL ELIGIBLE AND ALL GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE FEATURE CLASSES.

If your a green rider,(walk trot only) then the
*Green Rider Feature Class is for you.😁

If your in ANY OTHER class then the
*Any Division Feature Class is for you.😁

So to clarify once again the entry fee of $50 are 100% going to Dolly's Dream Foundation.
*Stunning embroidered combo rugs for 1st place getters.
*Broad sashes for the place getters.
*Non point scoring for Associations or Club.
*Saddlery requirement rules are for both classes as per the RHAA rule for the division your entered in for normal program.
