Unreal night lastnight!

We had the presentation night for the
VMPA modified sedan series

It was an awesome venue at museum of vehicle evolution (move) in shepparton the reception was very welcoming and with plenty of vehicles to look at before and during the night it made for the perfect location

I was asked the bring the falcon along to put on display which I didn't understand because there are alot nicer mods than mine to put on show!

I took it anyway and to my surprise there was a hidden agenda behind why I had to bring it.

To my surprise I was fortunate enough to be awarded the very prestigious sportsman award as voted by the drivers of the series

I ended up finishing in 4th place overall for the series

And also was awarded most improved after placing 23rd last season to placing 4th this season.

Big shout out to all the vmpa volunteers that work behind the scenes to organise us for every round of the series and to organise this awesome night!

Got the invite afew weeks back to attend avalon raceways end of season presentation night,

Abit of a surprise considering the 2 meetings we had there were chock full of some stiff competition with the Christmas cup being 1 feature and a VMPA round being the other feature

I attended with crew chief zahli on hand and to our surprise picked up 2nd place in the modified sedans track championship for season 25/26

It was a very well put together night with the old cars on display and food and drinks provided.

We have had a blast the last 2 seasons racing the mod at avalon and will do all we can to support them next season.

Big shout out to those who have helped out at each race meet Wether its been just once or half a dozen times we all have comittments and any time given up is much appreciated 👏

Also big shout out to the businesses that help me sort this thing out

Unfortunately tomorrow's plans to race at wangaratta have been scrapped due to work commitments.

The rig can stay in its enclosed trailer for now 😕

Unfortunately due to work commitments i will not be racing tonight at redline as planned

Ive tried afew times to work and race in the same day and its just too hard for me to do so I've decided not to bother this time.

BUT the car will be there, ive handed the steering wheel over to David Barrie to go have a play and see what the fairlane feels like.

Good luck Dave hopefully you don't fall out of love with your beloved Holden's 🤣

Made it to the bridge, wasting abit of time before we head to the track don't mind the hillbilly handbrake its a steep hill 😬

Just about ready for the South aus title at the bridge this weekend.

Also picked up a new crew member "Finley" the Aussie shepherd.
