My ‘office’ this morning 🌳☀️
I have been running corporate yoga sessions for various businesses for a while now and I am always really excited about the commissioned locations. Today it was in lovely Kings Park and the songs of birds and freguence of wildflowers brought us all to the present moment really efficiently … no extra music or incense nessesary today ! All my students were in bliss after the session with hearts full of gratitute to be able to created space in their week to enjoy the sunshine and nature.
