After 3 incredible years, today we say a very big goodbye to our instructor Jords!
From helping first-time flyers find their confidence to supporting our regular flyers as they pushed their flying to the next level, Jords has been such a valued part of the iFLY family.
We’re so grateful for all the laughs, memories, and countless hours spent flying with us. You’ll definitely be missed around the tunnel!
All the very best for whatever comes next, Jords , once part of the iFLY family, always part of the iFLY family. We hope to see you back in the tunnel soon!

What an incredible night at our Formation Scrambles event!
It was amazing to see such a fantastic turnout, with so many familiar faces and plenty of new ones joining in too. Nights like these are what our community is all about; bringing people together, building new friendships, challenging ourselves, and, of course, having a whole lot of fun in the tunnel.
The energy throughout the night was unreal, with some awesome flying, plenty of laughs, and great teamwork from everyone involved. A huge congratulations to our winning team, Danger Mouse, on taking out the top spot!
A massive thank you to everyone who came along, flew, cheered each other on, and helped make the night such a success. We love seeing our community continue to grow, and events like these are a reminder of what makes it so special. We can’t wait to do it all again soon.

Over the past couple of days, we have welcomed students from Balwyn High School to iFLY Melbourne for one of our STEM education sessions.
By combining classroom concepts with hands-on experience in the wind tunnel, students explored key principles including aerodynamics, forces and flight in a practical, engaging way. At iFLY, we believe STEM is most impactful when students can experience it firsthand. Our programs are designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, helping students build curiosity, confidence and a deeper understanding of scientific concepts through immersive learning.
Our STEM are open to Primary, Middle School, High School and University students, supporting educators with unique, curriculum-aligned learning experiences. If you're interested in bringing your students to iFLY, we'd love to hear from you.
