As winter settles in across Melbourne, we’ll be adjusting our trading hours for the quieter season.
From 1st June, The Bicycle Depot will be closed on Sundays for the winter period.
We’ll return to Sunday trading from 1st September as the weather warms up and the riding season kicks back into gear. 🚴♂️
Thanks for your continued support over winter — workshop bookings and online orders continue as normal throughout the week.

Flemington Cycles has been part of Melbourne’s cycling story for more than 25 years.
Originally founded by Damien Lack, the shop served riders for 27 years — first as a Cannondale dealer and later as a Giant Bicycle store — becoming a trusted name for so many in the Flemington community.
When Damien moved on to a new career in 2022, Adam and Andrew from the Chaser Group stepped up to keep the wheels turning through some tough industry years. After three years of care and commitment, they’re now heading in new directions — and have given us, The Bicycle Depot Pty Ltd, the opportunity to carry the torch forward.
We’re proud to continue the legacy of this iconic local shop and ensure Flemington Cycles remains part of Melbourne’s cycling future.
