Learning skills, building confidence and having FUN! 🤸‍♂️⭐

At BK’s Gymnastics Maitland, our recreational gymnastics classes give children the opportunity to develop strength, balance, coordination and body awareness while learning new skills at their own pace.

There’s plenty of movement, plenty of encouragement and, most importantly, plenty of fun along the way! 🙌

With programs for children from 4 years through to teens, there’s a class for every stage — whether they’re brand new to gymnastics or ready to keep building their skills.

Join us at our Maitland Centre on 9th October 9:30am to 11:30am for a full circuit across all four gymnastics apparatus, coached in small groups so every child builds skills and confidence at their own level.

Bars: practise swings, supports and body shapes
Beam: work on balance, turns and jumps
Vault: build running, jumping and landing technique
Floor & airtrack: rolls, bridges, handstands and cartwheels
Spots are limited to keep the group size small and hands-on — book early to avoid missing out.

At BK’s Gymnastics Maitland, children are encouraged to challenge themselves, practise new skills and keep building on what they can already do — all in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment.

Our Ninja Skills Challenge is coming to BK’s Gymnastics Maitland these spring school holidays!

Kids will jump, climb, balance, swing and tackle a range of exciting ninja-style challenges designed to test their strength, agility, coordination and problem-solving skills — all while having loads of fun.

With classes across Tuesday–Friday, there are options for different ages and interests:

⭐ Little Stars – 3–4 years
🤸 Gym FUNdamentals – developing gymnastics skills through fun, structured classes
🥷 Ninja Stars – action-packed movement, strength and agility
🏅 Club Gym Bronze & Silver – recreational gymnastics for older children ready to develop their skills further

There’s more than one way to do gymnastics at BK’s Maitland! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Whether your child loves learning traditional gymnastics skills, wants something fast-paced and action-packed, or is ready to progress to more advanced recreational skills, we have a program to suit.

Our classes include Little Stars, Gym Fun 1 & 2, Ninja Stars and Club Gym Bronze & Silver, with options across Tuesday to Friday afternoons.

All of our programs share the same focus — developing skills, confidence, strength and coordination in a supportive, recreational and non-competitive environment.
