After almost 40 years of trading, Oz Resort has built a loyal customer following, an established online store and a strong reputation for specialist swimwear fitting and resort fashion.

We are looking for someone who is not simply searching for another retail job.

You may be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager, Fashion Buyer, Stylist or someone with a strong sales and business background who has always wanted to own a successful retail and online business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Oz Resort and learn the business from the inside — our customers, brands, buying, styling, online store, marketing and day-to-day operations.

For the right person, there is the opportunity to discuss a future pathway to purchasing the business.

You should have:

• A genuine interest in fashion, swimwear and resortwear
• Strong retail, sales or management skills
• Confidence working with customers and leading staff
• An interest in eCommerce and social media
• Commercial thinking and the drive to grow a business
• An entrepreneurial attitude and an interest in potentially becoming a business owner

This could particularly suit someone who has the experience and ambition to run their own business but would prefer to step into an established operation rather than starting from scratch.

Oz Resort is opening a beautiful new store in Warringah Mall and we are looking for a confident, sales-focused Store Manager to lead the team.

We are one of Sydney’s leading swimwear and resortwear retailers, with over 40 years of styling experience. We stock beautiful brands including Sunseeker, Sea Level, Jantzen, Artesands, Lula Life and resortwear labels that customers love.

We are looking for someone who loves:

Fashion, swimwear, resortwear and styling
Sales and customer service
Leading a small team
Visual merchandising and beautiful store presentation
Stock management and daily store operations
Social media, marketing and local customer engagement

This role would suit someone with strong retail experience who loves helping women feel confident, comfortable and beautifully styled.

Flexible hours can be discussed for the right person. School-friendly rostering may be available.
