A glimpse into our second Wellness Morning. The dreamiest location, perfect blue skies, and shared with the most uplifting and incredible company✨

Whether this was a step outside your comfort zone, whether you came on your own, or whether you picked out your favourite outfit the night before and arrived with excitement, this morning was about all of us coming together through movement and connection.

Amazing effort from everyone who gave it their all during our very hot morning Pilates session 🥵, and for taking the leap and booking that ticket! It truly was the most wholesome second event.

A special shoutout to Katrina from and for not only providing their stunning poolside location but also generously donating to our lucky door prize.
