This is a page all about my passion for golf. It will hopefully be full of photos and videos from courses I have been lucky to play.

The final 2 days in Canada before we head off on our Alaskan cruise. The parts of Canada we have seen have been a major highlight of the trip so far.

Had a great last 2 days visiting Brandywine Falls, Granville Island, Stanley Park and seeing the Steam Clock in Gas Town.

Today we are boarding the Norwegian Cruise Line Jade for our 7 day Alaskan cruise.

The Cutman takes on Whistler
What an amazing experience today was. Played the mountain golf course at Fairmont Chateau Whistler What an amazing experience. Photos don’t do the course justice. Just breathtaking. Also saw another Bear. 🐻

Played really well and almost broke 100. Happy with that for such a challenging course.

Another day of captivating scenery in the Canadian Rockies. This place is an absolute wonder for the eyes. So much to see wherever you look. From the Columbia Icefield to the Sawapta and Athabaska Falls there is so much to see.

Now sitting quietly in our room ready for a 0630 start tomorrow for the drive to Whistler. And on Saturday we play golf ⛳️

The Cutman takes on Banff Springs Golf Course.

Well not exactly but I did get to visit a course that was rated as highly as fifth in the world. Once you step into the grounds you can tell why. Breath taking scenery used to perfection by Stanley Thompson when he designed the course.

Visited the pro shop and was spot for choice. Opted to add another ball marker to the collection. If you are in Banff and can find the time to play here it would be absolutely worth it. Even had a look at the TaylorMade Golf Qi4D rental clubs which would be worth the time by themselves. Apparently I missed seeing Bryson DeChambeau playing here but his YouTube video is on his channel.

Really loving our trip to Canada. Some great views to be seen. Had an easier day today. Took a walk along Bow River to the falls. Then back into town for a coffee. This is an amazing place that we’ll definitely be back to. Can’t wait for tomorrow.

The RAAF Darwin Sponsors Day is done and we had a great day. Plenty of good golf. Hit some cracking drives and irons. Including a NTP on the 8th. Definitely seeing some improvement. Just in time for the Dry Season Cup this weekend.

Today was a good day. Took the opportunity on a public holiday to play Darwin golf Club. First time playing there since I’ve moved up here and the course is in mint condition. Great fairways however the rock hard greens are like ice rinks to putt on.

Played some really good golf inter mixed with some really average golf but that’s how things go. Bombed drive a couple of times and even was able to get on a par five in two shots. It’s amazing what a difference a couple of days can make from one of the worst rounds I’ve played to one of the more fun rounds I’ve played.

It’s made me remember that Golf should be fun and shouldn’t be about trying to achieve a certain thing especially when I play it for the enjoyment and not because I’m trying to chase something in particular.

Lastly, apologies to the homeowners that live along the fourth hole. I might’ve sliced my approach shot ever so slightly onto your roof. Luckily, it’s angled in such a way that I got my ball back. Also, where did all those ducks come from?
