A little 4-week progress check 👀💗
I know this journey isn’t about getting as skinny as possible.
I want to be stronger, fitter, healthier and feel bloody good in my body.
Buttttt… am I allowed to look at these photos and have a little “oh hello… something’s happening here” moment? 😂
I think so.
Because I know what’s gone into these four weeks.
I’ve trained consistently, prioritised my protein, moved my body more and tried to make good choices most of the time.
Not ALL of the time…
Because chocolate exists and I’m only human. 😂🍫
There have been meals out, days I couldn’t be bothered and workouts that definitely weren’t giving Olympic athlete.
But that’s kind of the point.
I’m not trying to be perfect.
I’m trying to build something I can actually maintain.
And seeing a little change in my body is a lovely reminder that those small, slightly boring things I’m doing every day are adding up.
So yes, I’m celebrating the strength.
I’m celebrating the consistency.
I’m celebrating how I’m feeling.
And I’m also allowed to celebrate the physical changes I can see. 💗
You can appreciate your body exactly where it is and still be excited about where you’re going.
Anyway…
4 weeks down and I’m quietly over here like…
okayyyyy girl… keep going. 👀😂💪

This time I’m doing things VERY differently. 👀
I’ve done the whole “right, that’s it, diet starts Monday” thing more times than I’d care to admit. 😂
Eat less. Train more. Be perfect. Have one off-plan meal. Decide I’ve ruined everything. Start again Monday.
Rinse and repeat. 🙃
Not this time.
I’m approaching fat loss in a way that actually fits my LIFE.
I’m eating enough food. I’m prioritising protein. I’m lifting weights. I’m getting my steps in. I’m still eating foods I love.
And most importantly…
I’m giving myself TIME.
Because I’m not interested in losing weight as quickly as possible just to end up back where I started.
I want results I can actually maintain.
So yep… there will still be pizza. 🍕
There will still be chocolate. 🍫
There will definitely still be coffee. ☕️😂
And I’ll be sharing exactly what I’m doing along the way — the good weeks, the frustrating weeks and everything in between.
Who’s on their own fat loss journey at the moment? 👀💗

I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this.
Not because I’m ashamed, but because being vulnerable is hard.
Motherhood has been the most beautiful chapter of my life, but it also challenged me in ways I never expected.
My body changed.
My confidence disappeared.
I struggled with depression.
I spent so much time looking after everyone else that I forgot how to look after myself.
This isn’t a “before and after” story.
It’s the beginning of choosing myself again.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve lost a part of yourself after becoming a mum, I hope you know you’re not alone.
We’re all just doing the best we can.
And maybe today, choosing yourself looks like going for a walk, eating a nourishing meal, asking for help, or simply taking five minutes to breathe.
Whatever it is...
I’m cheering you on. ❤️
