Our pool has reopened around the ongoing construction works, and is ready for winter swimming on Sunday at 10:30am. Registrations will open on Saturday at midday until 10:15am Sunday. The water is still warm, the sun will be shining so come on down and join CSC kick off winter 2026!

This Sunday we will welcome our friends from for a day of friendly races at our pool followed by a delicious BBQ lunch. If you’ve got some epic baking skills to show off (or some epic supermarket skills is totally OK too) we’d love you to bring along some deserts to share around.

Head Above Water is this Saturday and Sunday, 14-15th March!

🏊 KEEP YOUR HEAD ABOVE WATER 🏊‍♂️

Head Above Water founder Andrew Ward says he can see a light at the end of the tunnel of his life. And while he admits it’s a tiny speck, barely visible, it’s there.

There was a time when he was on the sea floor of his life. His world had imploded and he was surrounded by darkness.

“It was hard for others to see because I am generally a pretty sociable person,” he says. “Even some of my closest mates said ‘Wardy, of everyone, we never thought it would be you’.”

Life continues to have ups and downs but now there is hope. Things to be thankful for each day. One of these is ‘community’ and for Andrew it has become a life passion. Read the full interview in our newspaper out all over town this week or read on our website.

ℹ️ The Head Above Water 2026 Swimathon will be on this coming weekend 14-15 March 2026. There’s still time to register to swim a few laps or 20 at the Collaroy pool.
