Havent been doing much fishing last 3 weeks, been sick and now hopefully the mend..
Had the energy to do something fun at home and cook some old Spanish mackerel in the freezer
Made a beautiful Strawberry romesco sauce and some pickled veg with potato croquettes haha
Actually works extremely well and has huge summer vibes
If you want my romesco sauce recipe let me know its very nice for all meats and even dipps

We bagged out today and released a few big reds
Couldn't find anything else but reds so a very successful day on the boat 🙌

I decided to cheek it out and absolutely looks insane for kayak fishos and divers - spearos
Give these a few yrs and we should see a dynamic range of species calling this home

Winter Barramundi in the sugar cane
Epic fun using weedless lures and even got 2 on the frog 🐸
Great arvo catching 4 quality fish from these tidal canals I found on huge sugar farms
Pulling them out from the scrubs trusting my atomic rod making sure these fish are cared for, so few quick photos and back into the water released super green
Blows my mind where barra can live and grow in FNQ - NQ
Hopefully find a meter barra soon 😊
