Since joining Canberra City at the beginning of the year, Bindu has brought a true “down-to-business” attitude to every class. Whether it’s a tough strength session or a challenging conditioning workout, she takes everything head-on, always determined to reach the finish line.
A familiar face in the 6:50am crew, Bindu has become a special part of our growing community. Her consistency, work ethic and willingness to embrace every challenge and inspire those around her, and she’s always a pleasure to see bright and early-even on those tired mornings.
