Soothing Anti-Allergy Mask (Sensitive Skin/Dermatitis)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp pure oat flour (anti-inflammatory, contains beta-glucan [J Drugs Dermatol. 2015])
1 tsp raw honey (Manuka's best, antibacterial + barrier repair [Wounds. 2016])
3 drops Chamomile distilled water (inhibits IL-6 inflammatory factor)
To use: mix and apply for 10 minutes, wash off with warm water.
Antioxidant Brightening Mask (Dull Skin)
Ingredients:
½ ripe papaya (contains papain, gentle exfoliation)
1 tsp green tea powder (EGCG antioxidant power is 100 times that of VC [J Nutr. 2007])
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (lactic acid promotes keratin renewal)
Usage: Puree and apply for 15 minutes, suitable for morning use.
