What should happen vs what actually happens πŸ˜…

The worst is when it happens for the same exercise, but every set...

What exercise do you still get wrong?

Think your hips are strong? Let's find out. πŸ‘€

Most people don't realise their hips are weak until their back, knees or even ankles start complaining.
This week's challenge is simple:

βœ… Hip Hike x 10 each side
βœ… Wall Drive Rotations x 10 each side
βœ… 15 Single Leg Glute Bridges each leg

If you wobble, cramp, can't control the movement, or one side feels way harder than the other... you've probably found something worth working on.

Drop a βœ… if you passed or a ❌ if your hips humbled you.

Tag a mate who reckons they've got strong hips. 😏

Strong hips = stronger everything. Let's see how you go. πŸ’ͺ

Do you suffer or know someone that suffers with a neurological condition?

This doesn't mean you have to stop moving.

In fact, the right exercise can help improve balance, strength, walking, confidence and quality of life.

Every person is different, which is why our neurological exercise programs are tailored to the individual, not just the diagnosis.

If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson's, Ms or another neurological condition, we'd love to help.

Send us a message with "NEURO" or book a chat to see if we're the right fit. πŸ’™

Hi Everybody,

I wanted to share a resource for anyone living with Parkinson's, or supporting a family member who is.

At Move Right Exercise Physiology in Campbelltown, we run a specialised neurological exercise program designed to help people improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday life.

Exercise isn't a cure for Parkinson's, but there's strong evidence that the right type of exercise can help people maintain function, reduce falls risk and stay independent for longer.

Every program is individually tailored and supervised by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, so whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's for years, we meet you where you're at.

I've attached a short video showing what we do. If you have any questions about Parkinson's and exercise, feel free to comment below or send me a message. Happy to help, even if you're just looking for some guidance.

Wishing everyone all the best on their journey. πŸ’™
