What exercise do you still get wrong?
Think your hips are strong? Let's find out. π
Most people don't realise their hips are weak until their back, knees or even ankles start complaining.
This week's challenge is simple:

Hip Hike x 10 each side
β
Wall Drive Rotations x 10 each side
β
15 Single Leg Glute Bridges each leg
If you wobble, cramp, can't control the movement, or one side feels way harder than the other... you've probably found something worth working on.
Drop a β
if you passed or a β if your hips humbled you.
Tag a mate who reckons they've got strong hips. π

I wanted to share a resource for anyone living with Parkinson's, or supporting a family member who is.
At Move Right Exercise Physiology in Campbelltown, we run a specialised neurological exercise program designed to help people improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence in everyday life.
Exercise isn't a cure for Parkinson's, but there's strong evidence that the right type of exercise can help people maintain function, reduce falls risk and stay independent for longer.
Every program is individually tailored and supervised by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, so whether you're newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's for years, we meet you where you're at.
