"Head Punisher" and owner Kez is a highly motivating and knowledgeable strength and conditioning coach who also hosts an extensive sporting and millitary background

I wanna bench again, stupid injuries 😒
CrossFit Punisher remains an affiliate and has been since 2011. At this stage it is exclusive due to the nature of the owners and its members external activities. However, the long term plan is to head to Queensland and run the affiliate with the owners full attention and time. Otherwise we remain to be in Sydney and apologise to those who can't get access to the small facility.

Hi all...its been a long time since posting, so CrossFit Punisher is still up and going and will have some fierce competitors at some upcoming comps we are very excited for them
