Don't forget the Open Mat Kicking Session this afternoon 5:00 - 6:00 pm

Monday's Open Mat session was a fantastic with everyone having an awesome time! 🥋

Students and parents showed off some impressive kicking skills, built their confidence, and enjoyed training together having fun and supporting each other. It was great to see so much energy, teamwork, and Everyones smiling faces.

Kicking Session this Monday the 29th June from 5:00 to 6:00 pm

Everyone welcome to join in for the only lesson of the day

All other lessons cancelled for Monday the 29th of June and Monday the 6th of July

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays lesson times will run as per normal

Yesterday's black belt prep session in Innisfail provided a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together and enhance their skills. It was a great chance for improvement and learning new techniques.
