1st Focus : Variations of catch and pass, fixing defenders, and creating space and numbers.

2nd Focus : Approach to contact and roles in high and low contact situations, adjusting to a dominant finishing position as a defender.

Final Focus : Lines of running, mirroring ball carriers, and creating isolations.
