β¨π¦ 8 β’ 8 β’ 8 β LIONS GATE π¦β¨
Today is 8/8/26 β with 26 reducing to 8, giving us a beautiful 8 β’ 8 β’ 8.
In numerology, 8 represents abundance, personal power, confidence, success and the balance of giving and receiving.
So today, take 8 minutes for yourself. β¨
Write down:
β¨ 8 things you're ready to RELEASE.
β¨ 8 things you're ready to CALL IN.
Don't just focus on what you want to have β think about how you want to FEEL.
Safe. Loved. Abundant. Confident. Peaceful. Free. Enough.
Then ask yourself:
π¦ What would the version of me who already feels this way do differently?
Now grab a broom. π§Ή
Lay it on the ground, stand on one side and say:
β¨ I honour where I've been.
β¨ I release what I no longer need.
β¨ I am ready for what is next.
Then STEP OVER THE BROOM.
Don't step backwards.
Release the old.
Choose the new.
Step forward. β¨
Your new life doesn't begin because you stepped over a broomβ¦
It begins because you decided something was changing. π€

One thing I've learned through both life and counselling is that healing is rarely linear.
Some weeks feel productive.
Some weeks feel messy.
Some weeks feel like you're taking three steps forward and two steps back.
And that's okay.
Growth isn't about being perfect.
It's about continuing to show up for yourself, even when progress feels slower than you'd like.
Be gentle with yourself this week.
You may be doing better than you think π€

What if self-care wasn't another thing on your to-do list?
What if it was simply 30 minutes where nobody needed anything from you?
No emails.
No responsibilities.
No rushing.
Just warmth, stillness and space to breathe.
Our infrared sauna was created as a quiet place for rest, recovery and nervous system support.
And for those wanting to go a little deeper, you can choose to listen to one of our guided relaxation and nervous system reset recordings during your session.
Because sometimes slowing down is exactly what helps us move forward π€

Children don't always have the words to explain what they are feeling.
Sometimes those feelings show up as:
π big emotions
π withdrawal
π anxiety
π frustration
π behavioural changes
Play and creative expression can help children communicate in ways that feel natural and safe.
Kym offers low-cost play and art therapy sessions for children aged 3β15 in a supportive, sensory-friendly environment at The Hope Approach.
Because every child deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood and supported π€

One of the biggest myths about relationships is that communication is the problem.
Often communication is simply the symptom.
Underneath the arguments, silence, defensiveness, fights or frustration there is usually something deeper:
π€ feeling unheard
π€ feeling disconnected
π€ feeling overwhelmed
π€ feeling unsafe to be vulnerable
When couples begin understanding what is happening underneath the conflict, everything starts to change.
You don't need to be in crisis before seeking support.
Sometimes the strongest couples are simply the ones willing to learn new ways of understanding each other.

You can be coping...
and still be exhausted.
Many people keep showing up to work, caring for others, meeting deadlines and doing everything they need to do.
Meanwhile their nervous system is quietly running on empty.
Burnout doesn't always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like:
β¨ irritability
β¨ overwhelm
β¨ emotional numbness
β¨ difficulty relaxing
β¨ feeling disconnected from yourself
Support isn't only for when things fall apart.
Sometimes it's what helps prevent them from getting there.

Winter has a way of making us realise how tired we really are.
The colder weather often brings:
βοΈ lower energy
βοΈ tighter muscles
βοΈ increased stress
βοΈ a desire to stay wrapped up and warm
Our private infrared sauna offers a simple opportunity to pause, warm up and reset.
Just 30 minutes away from emails, responsibilities and the constant demands of everyday life can make a surprising difference.
A little warmth can go a long way π€
