Due to a scheduling conflict, Dorky Desires will not be organising an event this saturday. They should resume as normal after that.

Hello Bladers,

This Saturday, the 29th of November will be X-Roads "Team event" at Nexus Games. Along with different beys up for grabs on the day, the top 3 teams will also receive cash prizes with each member on the 1st place team getting $250 each, the members of the 2nd place team will receive $100 and each member of the 3rd place team will get $50ea

Entry is $15 per person and the event will start at 12pm, but please try to arrive a bit earlier for registration and any players interested in helping ref on the day are welcome to volunteer.

For the event, teams will be made up of 2-3 bladers, with a combined total deck of 6 beys. The decks may not have any repeating parts amongst them. The grandfinal match will also take place across different stadiums with each player competing on wither an infinity, double or standard TT stadium.

For this event games will be first to 7 points and the order of players is determined before the start of the first game or after a deck shuffle.

So start getting your team mates in mind, a team name (not necessary to compete), and those deck ideas circulating. More information will follow shortly along with details about prizing. Reminder to that any teams that pre register will go into an extra raffle on the day. In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the event please feel free to ask.
