Tristan is part of Ballet Theatre Queensland's Full-Time Training Program, where each day brings new opportunities to challenge himself, learn from experienced faculty and grow as both a dancer and an artist.

In this interview, Tristan shares what inspired him to join the program, his favourite part of the training week, and why he believes BTQ is putting him on the right path towards a professional career.

With a teaching philosophy centred on building confidence from within, Victor is passionate about helping every dancer discover their potential through holistic training, encouragement and self-belief.
