The National Cross Country Championships at Ballarat really turned it on for the athletes. What a challenging course 🤯🤯Please to report our very own Dan Glasper loved every minute of it. Dan placed 37th out of 71 Nationally in the U16 category, great job 👏👏

It was the boys turn to do FTP testing this week. We had some on the rollers while some hit the Murarrie Crit Track. After comparing these results to our April testing session, there were plenty of double digit increases in FTP 💪🏻💪🏻
