After months of dedication, training, and hard work, Surtaal is proud to introduce Ankhi Shokeen ਮੁਟਿਆਰ — the official name of our Senior Girls Competition Team.

With the success and legacy of our senior boys team, Ankhi Shokeen Gabru, it was only fitting that our talented girls have a platform, identity, and team of their own.

This is more than just a team name. It represents confidence, pride, passion, and the spirit of Punjabi culture. It reflects the strong, fearless, and graceful young women who continue to push their limits and proudly represent our community on stage.

We are excited to begin this new chapter and invite girls from across Brisbane who are passionate about Bhangra and Punjabi folk culture to become part of this journey. If you are ready to challenge yourself, perform, compete, and grow alongside a dedicated team, we would love to hear from you.
