Three years ago my eldest child brought me into his class to teach them yoga for show and tell, all 24 of them. My misgivings faded with their lit up little faces looking at me and I discovered a whole world of imagination, laughter and curiosity that yoga brings to children and that children bring to yoga. 100s of hours of kids yoga later I always walk away touched, inspired, beaming. From the school body that supports it, to the parents that encourage this connection for their children, and the kids that can't get enough, we are all blessed.

Loved the energy of the gorgeous souls who joined us on Power & Passion event this weekend! Thank you to the incredibly talented Misha Hoo and Leanne Johnston leading us on a shamanic intuitive journey of the elements, ingredients, power and passion. Somewhere between the beach yoga, drum journeys, blissful food wisdom, mad trance dancing under the full moon I got a whole new tribe of sisters!

I've been invited to teach Yoga (and sit in on the sessions) on Steve Jack's Limitless Retreat, the last weekend in November held at the beautiful Gymea Retreat Centre. A few days ago I was standing in the local store wondering how I'd reach my Worlds Greatest Shave target and decided to give the notion of 'giving is receiving' a try.
