Caitie wasn’t new to the gym… She was already training 5x/wk, eating healthy & hitting her daily step goal. From the outside, it looked like she was doing everything right.

BUT her physique wasn’t changing. She felt stuck, frustrated & wasn’t sure what was missing. Sound familiar?

It wasn’t an effort problem. It was an ex*****on problem. &&&& that’s where I come in. 😼

Over the last 2 wks, we dialled in the things that matter most. We increased her training intensity so every session had purpose. We adjusted her nutrition to actually support her fat loss goal. We focused on consistency over perfection.

The result after ONLY 2wks:
⭐️ 2kg down.
⭐️ 4cm off her waist.
⭐️ More confidence knowing exactly what she needs to do to keep progressing.

This is exactly why I say you probably don’t need to WoRK hArDeR, you need a plan that’s executed well. 🙂‍↕️

If you’ve been putting in the effort but the bod isn’t reflecting it, there’s usually a reason. &&&&& it’s often simpler to fix than you think.

You probably don’t need another plan, you need to actually execute one.

The girls I coach aren’t lazy. They’re the girls who train 4-5x a week, hit their macros & genuinely give a fck about their goals.

But before working together somewhere between Monday & Sunday…
⭐️ the surplus turns into a deficit because the scale went up.
⭐️ the workout gets swapped because tiktok convinced them to try the glute pumpanator 3000.
⭐️ the calories don’t include the handfuls, bites & spoon licks.
⭐️ the plan changes before it’s had a chance to work.

Then they decided, “Maybe this plan just isn’t working.” 😩 Respectfully maybe the plan wasn’t the problem. 👀

It was the ex*****on. Knowing what to do & actually doing it are two completely different skills.

That is literally why coaching exists. Not because you don’t know anything BUT because consistency is a so much fckn easier when someone is keeping you accountable, helping you zoom out & stopping you from sabotaging yourself every week.

Don’t hate me but before you have a cry about your glutes being flat, step back & ask yourself am I HONESTLY executing this plan to the best of my ability? OR do I need some help? & if you decide you do… coaching application link is in my bio bby. 💋🔗

You've been going to the gym for 2+ years so why doesn’t your physique look like it? If that stung a little, keep reading. 🙂‍↕️

Most intermediate gym girls think they need to try harder, train more, eat less BUT that's rarely the problem. The gym girls I see aren't lazy, they’re not inconsistent, they're just making these 2 mistakes. ⬇️

1️⃣ You're training without a roadmap. 
Are you trying to build? Lose fat? Grow your glutes? Do all three at once? 👀 You need a strategy that's built around where you want to be 12 months from now NOT whatever's trending this week.

2️⃣ You're not following a plan designed for YOU.
Spoiler alert, eating like your fav influencer will not make you look like said influencer… Same goes with training. Your training & nutrition should fit your goals, lifestyle & routine… not someone else's fyp algorithm.

The girls who build incredible physiques aren't necessarily the ones working the hardest. They're the ones following a plan with intention. Stop chasing the next trend, start building a physique that ACTUALLY reflects the effort you're already putting in. 🫪
