βTried his famous bicep tri-set βswapped the order to kick things off with heavy hammers, and the burn was absolutely real. If you want to build serious thickness and shape, save this and try it on your next arm day.
βThe Poliquin Bicep Tri-Set:
No rest between exercises, 90-120 seconds rest between sets.
β1οΈβ£ Seated Hammer Curls (Starts strong to target the brachialis and forearm for maximum width)
2οΈβ£ Incline Dumbbell Curls (Hits the biceps in a deep stretch, targeting the long head)
3οΈβ£ Elbows-Out Curls (Finishes off the brachioradialis and creates insane tension)
β3-4 rounds of this and your arms will be completely cooked. Don't say I didn't warn you. ππ

Bands, machines, negatives and assisted reps are all tools to build strength. ποΈββοΈ
Assisted pullups are amazing for: β

Grip strength

Core strength

Shoulder health
β
Building confidence
And for women over 50, strength training matters more than ever. π

π After a shoulder warmup of Poliquin presses & assisted pullups, this was the majority of my training:
β¦οΈ Incline bench off centre, single arm pulldowns 4 sets of 10 reps.
β¦οΈ Motorcycle rows 4 sets of 15 reps
β¦οΈ Landmine squat to press 4 sets of 8 reps
β¦οΈ Landmine single arm upright rows 3 sets of 12 reps
π Now, that wasn't it. I also did B-stance RDL's. Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts and single leg leg press, bent over hyperextensions and ab knee tucks π«π₯΅
