If it worked for my 70 year old dad it will probably work for yours too.

Start your free trial of Healthly now and start building consistency with your eating 👏
The fun part about building your own app is you get to make it exactly how you want it.
And we have.
There have been many iterations of Healthly over the last few months, and the new version now live on both iPhone and Android is my favourite yet.
If you haven’t tried AI calorie tracking, trust me when I say it will ruin MyFitnessPal and Cronometer for you forever.
I will never track the old way again.
On pricing, we get asked about this a lot. As a starting point our subscription will cost you between 60 cents to as low as 30 cents a day. That’s it.
Comment FREE and I’ll send you the link to start your 3 day trial 📲
You don’t have to eat the exact same thing 7 days a week but something as simple as have 2 go-to options for each meal of the day can stop you from being impulsive when experiencing decision fatigue (especially closer to the weekend).
Have 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners that are really easy and you know you’re always quite happy eating them.

He’ll be taking 47% equity but he says it’s to help us and not because he can’t figure out how to stop spending money and getting into more debt.
I haven’t felt this good in training since I first started CrossFit.
The challenges.
The learning.
The dedication.
The zero-expectation.
The progress.
The wins.
When I say I feel good, I don’t mean physically.
Physically I am weak (relatively).
But, I am getting better and better each week.
I am pushing hard to show up.
There is nothing more enjoyable than doing something hard and seeing it pay off.
The dopamine hit of delayed gratification is a drug.
I am 12 weeks postpartum today and just did my first pull up.
Then I was able to do 3 sets of 2.
I feel so proud of myself I could literally cry.
What a journey. 🤰💩👶
Type b at home, type a in the gym
And, just a little appreciation for the man who either comes to the gym with me or takes the baby while I train.

You get a lot more bang for your buck when you eat the foods on the right.
But, that doesn’t mean don’t eat the foods on the left.
It just means tracking it can help you avoid going way overboard with the calories because it doesn’t feel like you’ve eaten much!
5 people will each have completely unique experiences doing the exact same thing...
Now make that the 5 billion active social media users.
No two postpartum experiences will be the same.
And, neither should be shamed.
I am not trying to bounce back.
But, even if I was, that’s ok.
Ultimately, I would have shared my weight whether it took 2 weeks or 2 years.
The data is what I’m interested in.
And, I actually have a body fat % video coming up soon which reflects a VERY different story to the scales.

I am so glad I did it this way (except for number 7).
1. We don’t swaddle so the baby never has to transition later. Plus, it’s good for brain development.
2. We are co-sleeping and doing elimination contamination. That immediately means you need to buy less stuff. I don’t even use wipes anymore because I wash the baby in the sink before putting a new diaper on.
3, 4 & 10. Anything that requires me to feed or change the baby in a specific spot in the house doesn’t work for me so I didn’t buy it.
I feed and change him where I am, I’m not about to run to a special chair.
5. I bought 3 sets of 4-5 styles (long sleeve, no sleeve, feet, no feet etc) in white from Target’s organic baby range.
6. I decided that if I wanted the post birth healing stuff I could buy it when I needed it. Ultimately, all I wanted was homemade ice packs for a week.
7. The only thing I am sad about is number 7, I wanted the 360 car seat but the only way it fit my car was with the front passenger seat all the way forward. We passed on that.
8. I bought a manual handpump (Mandela Harmony) and 2 bottles. I was influenced by TikTok.
9. I just wash the bottles by hand which works as it’s rare due to the fact I’m breastfeeding and only do a bottle for when Greg is alone with the baby.
10. See number 3.
11. And, on this last one, I actually did end up buying some because I leak but after a few days (and googling clogged ducts and mastitis) I realised it was the bras.
