For 10 years we have gathered at Kangaroo Point to make this space for Capoeira Angola and Im so proud of the community that makes this happen.

We also wished boa viagem to our dear Pokemon who is heading to Brasil! Safe travels amiga, we will miss you here!

Class is finished for 2025 and I want to say congratulations all for a great year and thanks to everyone who has trained, played and supported us in 2025!

This year started with my first visit to Brasil, to learn in the home of Capoeira and strengthen connections with amazing teachers and friends there. It was amazing.
.brincangola massive thanks especially for your care and hospitality in Rio and for all the zoom training during the year. Your guidence and friendship is such a blessing Mestra 💛

This year we also grew in our work in Brisbane with Ginga support services, teaching NDIS classes and helping spread the word about the benefits of Adaptuve Capoeira. Thank you to the crew at for all your hard work and trust in me.

In May we did something big and hosted the 2025 Australasian Capoeira Angola Encounter. It was many days of organisation and three days of amazing community unity from across Australia and Aotearoa. Thank you to everyone who came and made it happen. It was beautiful!

Thanks to the camaradas across the country who teach classes, run events and hold rodas growing and tending our beautiful Capoeira Angola. Shout out to , , , Cabra, , , .perez.125,

And last but not least, a massive thanks to my students and the community that supports and inspires us. At weekly class and special events, you folks are always there.
