Night 2:

We had an another really strong night in the #2 Nissan, picking up 2 heat wins and a 5th in our heat races. This was good enough to start 4th for the feature. Got to 3rd and ran there for about 20 laps and drew alongside Jorgo and tried rolling the bottom but there wasn’t much there and Smac rolled pass me on the top. Pretty much was a freight train from there and finished 4th.

Super happy with the changes dad made overnight, felt like the Nissans were the fastest cars on track. Just super hard to pass, I was happy to be passed while trying to make something happen.

Thanks to Pete for this opportunity once again, it feels so good to be able to keep his car at the front where it belongs!

Night 1:

Managed 2 Heat wins and a 3rd in our heats, that put us off outside pole for the A. Got swamped off the start and fell back to 4th. We weren’t as good as we wanted to be, the little Nissan kept digging into the ledge and biking up and nearly looped it so i decided to pull in after spinning on the infield.

A valuable lesson learnt and I’m really excited to go to work and make some changes with the amazing people around me. Once again thanks to Pete and Paula for allowing me to do this.

A quick shout out to my mates Jas and Tyler, blokes can not catch a break. Unlucky guys.

Season Review

We finished up 4th last night at Toowoomba, we really struggled there this season, there’s no secret behind that. We still managed to come 2nd in the track series by 1 point!

Podiums: 9
Top 5: 12
DNF: 2
Rain out: 1
Heat wins: 16
Qualified on front row 11 times
Won CQ Slam Series

My best season to date definitely. Winning nearly half the races we competed and finished in the top 5 every time we finished. With only 2 dnf’s which were flat tyres it shows how reliable dads work is with no mechanical faults all season. None of this would be possible without mum or dad they are massive support to my racing!

Northern Nationals 🐊

We’re locked into this years Northern Nationals at Cairns Speedway! Obviously this wouldn’t be possible without Pete Smith and Paula. Cannot thank them enough for their support and commitment to take me racing.

After a great first outing with them I’m really excited to see what we can keep building! Will be forever grateful to be surrounded by great people.

Tough joint to get your head around, super happy to round up another podium finish this season. Little teething issues tonight that we’ll address this week.

Soo we’re going Modified Sedan racing this weekend!
