"I've tried everything."
I hear this a lot. And it makes me sad, because what it really means is: I've tried a lot of diets, and they didn't work.
But have you tried everything? Have you tried changing who you believe you are? Have you tried working at the identity level instead of the behaviour level?
Most women haven't - because nobody told them that was the thing that needed to change.
When you turn it around and start from identity, you're living life not as a failure but as someone who is becoming. And that's a completely different journey to be on.
If you feel like you've hit a dead end - you haven't. There is another way.

CLEAN FUEL:

šVision lets you see who you are becoming, and pulls you forward on the journey.
