Just a reminder to lodge your entries for 2026 Queensland Air Badminton Championships (Inaugural Qld Championships)

Prizes will be awarded to all Winners and Runner Up of events

The event will be conducted on
23rd May 2026 and 30th May 2026
Note this is a non ranking point event.

Note in the mens and womens doubles players of all grades ie adults and 16 plus in 2026 can enter.

To play in this event you must be a competition member in qld or for interstate players a member of the state association you reside in.
In these events you must enter with partner.
If you have played in a tournament before on the Badminton Australia calendar you can find your TS Id searching here: https://www.tournamentsoftware.com/
Enter your name in the search bar.
Your ID will be begin with QLD, NSW, VIC,WA etc depending on which state you initially played in. If you do not have a TS Id, we will apply for this on your behalf after the tournament. Please use QLD # # # where # # # are your initials.
Entry Fees:

Term 1 registrations are now open at United Badminton Academy with structured coaching programs across multiple Brisbane locations.
Our Term 1 program runs in a consistent 2-hour group format, focusing on skill development, game understanding, and progression pathways.

🏸 UBA School Holiday Badminton Program – Willawong

The UBA School Holiday Program is a structured option for players who want to continue training during the school break and may transition into Term 1 Academy sessions.

These sessions follow the same organised group format used during the term and are suitable for both current UBA players and new players considering the academy.
