Need a refresher before social dancing begins?

Joel & Jodi will be teaching our beginner-friendly taster class from 2:00-2:30pm before the band takes over for an afternoon of live music and dancing.

Whether you're brand new, returning after a break, or just looking to warm up before hitting the floor, this class is for you.

Then stay for the live jazz and social dancing until 5:00pm.

⚠️ Tickets are limited due to venue capacity, so book ahead to avoid missing out.

✨ Level 1 (Beginner Charleston - 30's Charleston): Kick, kick, hooray! 🎉
We're moving into 30s Charleston fundamentals. Join us for high-energy kicks and the Johnny Drop. No partner required, beginners welcome!

✨ Level 2 (Tandem Charleston): This class focuses on the signature Tandem Charleston - including some additional moves to keep energy high and highlight why this move is such classic!

Sunday Swing Sesh - Swing Patrol Brisbane Sunday Swing Sesh – Social Dance with Live Band! Throughout 2026, we’re excited to be offering regular social dancing to live community bands, in various locations across Brisbane. This bi-monthly social dance brings together community musicians and swing dancers.

Tickets go on sale for our next Sunday Swing Sesh TOMORROW and in just three-ish weeks we'll be dancing the afternoon away to live music from Patrick Baldwin and his Jazz Ensemble.

Whether you're a regular social dancer, complete beginner curious about Swing dancing or you've been meaning to get back on the dance floor, we'd love to see you there!
