Who's joining the Spark PT team?
I'm encouraging clients and friends to join to get stronger and practice implementing one consistent new thing this month. No fundraising pressure, no expectation of perfect pushups or never missing a day! Just a personal challenge to see what a few weeks of consistency does when you focus on one skill
Of course the fundraising, mental health awareness, su***de prevention and team spirit are all important parts, but I know we are already busy and overwhelmed - so it's Team No Judgement all the way here! If you're thinking "I can't commit to that!", perhaps you could shift to "Maybe I could TRY that!" - don't let fear of failure stop you.
