We’re closing our 8pm class and turning the studio into a heated Sound Bath session with Alana from Alana Maree | Sound Breath and Connect ✨

Lie back, relax, and let the sounds and vibrations help you switch off while soaking in our usual 40° infrared warmth.

Book in via the app for the 7pm J.I.M class first, then stay for Sound Healing at 7:30pm.

Only 13 mats are available for 7pm class, but you can still join the Sound Bath afterwards if you miss out. Just DM us to let us know you’re coming!

Bring:
🧘 An extra towel and dry clothes if doing the 7pm class beforehand
🧘 Your own mat if coming for the Sound Bath only
