**PRESEASON**

Monday (2nd Feb) - Fitness training 6:30pm behind the hockey fields. This will be run as a 12 week periodisation pre-season program. It is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

Wednesday (4th Feb) - Skills training 6pm.

Training is considered compulsory for those wishing to be considered for the Bathurst City Squad. Newcomers are more than welcome!
