Rockface Closing Announcement

After 28 incredible years, Rockface will close its doors this Monday 18th.

Since opening in 1996, Rockface has been more than a climbing gym — it’s been a home. A place where thousands of people took their first steps off the ground, made lifelong friends, found confidence, discovered community, and built memories that will stay with us forever.

To everyone who has climbed here, worked here, volunteered, coached, laughed, trained, competed, or simply hung out on the mats — thank you. You shaped Rockface into something truly special.

We’re proud of the generations of climbers who grew up within these walls, and we’re grateful for every moment shared with you.

This Monday will be our last chance to climb together, swap stories, and celebrate what Rockface has meant to Perth’s climbing community. If you’d like to drop in for one more session, one more send, or one more photo under the old roof, we’d love to see you.

Thank you for 30 years of support, passion, and community.
Rockface may be closing, but the spirit you built here will live on.
