Our junior referees deserve encouragement and an opportunity to grow and learn. Mistakes are just those opportunities. We aim to progress of junior refs.

Every weekend, these young people step onto the field, do their best, and make decisions in real time all so our kids can play the game they love. They're learning, growing, and showing the courage to give refereeing a go.

If we want more referees in our game, we need to build them up, not tear them down. Negative comments from the sidelines don't just affect one game they can be the reason someone never picks up a whistle again.

Remember, without referees, there is no game.

Let's lead by example. Cheer loudly, respect the decisions, and thank our junior refs for their time and commitment. A few kind words and encouragement can make all the difference. 👏
