• And perhaps one of the most satisfying achievements… beating the current Club President in three of his own vehicles! 😄

• Rally service crew for Garry Yeomans, Glen Brinkman, Mal Keogh, Steve Mitchell, David & Richard Opie and most recently, Josh Redhead

Sundays Khanacross Round 5 Results.

🔥 A few standouts
James was seriously quick. A 599.62 total put him 7.02 seconds clear of Doc and nearly 20 seconds ahead of Matt.
The Laser was particularly strong across the day.

Matt in the WRX had a moment on Run 8 with a wrong direction getting a 67.35, — after being consistent most of the day beforehand. Despite that, he still brought it home 3rd outright.

🏆 Class results
2WD: James Clark— 1st
4WD: Doc O'Connell — 1st
Junior: Jake Coventry — 1st
Ladies: Beth Plattford— 1st

And there were some very close battles, James and Doc were separated by only 7 seconds, while Matt and Andrew were just 6.76 seconds apart.
Looks like the Mighty Laser is definitely the weapon to beat at the moment! 😎

🧯 A fire extinguisher is required and must be less than 3 years old.
⛑️ Helmets must comply with Australian Standards.
🔍 All vehicles will be scrutineered on the day.

A huge congratulations to our three junior drivers on completing the Tamworth Hillclimb! 👏🏁

Owen, Hannah and Neight showed fantastic determination, skill, and confidence throughout the weekend. Every run was a chance to learn and improve, and you should be incredibly proud of what you've achieved.

🏅Hannah Led the way in 38th place 0.019sec head of Neight in 39th place. Owen was in 41st place 0.246sec behind Neight. It was very close competition between all three drivers.🏁

The future of our club and our sport is looking bright with young drivers like you. Well done, and we can't wait to see what you accomplish at the next event! 🚗💨
